Real creepy. No music , just a lot of miserable people. Put some tunes on. It's like dead zone in there. Worse than a funeral. I had to talk to myself for entertainment. I know we don't go there for fun , it's a business. But Geez man

Very RUDE young East Indian guy working there, slamming his hands onto the sorting table and saying in his own language to sort it here. Then goes on yelling in my ears to the other worker how many bottles I have, they are doing it so fast that you can't keep track, they missed out on a few bottles, so better count your own before going in. The guy has no customer service at all and the lady at the cash is about the same. He needs to brush up on his work ethics or do something else that isn't customer service related. I'm pretty sure it is most likely family owned. Won't be returning and would be surprised to get a response back with an apology. This place needs to monitor people coming in with no masks. Saw way too much of that. I would give 0 stars if I could. Train your team better!!
Hint Hin.t. Count your bottles pen and paper. per crate. and show them. The difference, mine was 0.90 this time.. I asked to split it in the middle. Not my first kick at the can.... he still argued with me.... beware when bringing large amounts. now multiply that by at least 100 customer visits per day ( and i'm being conservative ) ( And they are not the only ones) This is the first time I write a revue due to a pandemic of theft. Unfortunately most of These recycling places skim of the top on large batches. One place even told me \Handling fees\ I counted twice my bottles. and I could not prove my count because in the course of the count he emptied the crates he went to the cash punched in his numbers. Then showed me the amount he punched in the second time and that before returning the small amount that was left on the table.... These guys are pros. They will steal. I will video tape it next time. This use to be a good place and it still is IF you don't need to call them or speak to them. THEY BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH. The older ladies that use to work there were very good and trustworthy but the new young males ?? Let me just say count how much you are to get because they will have a lower amount .
Staff good, customers scary, try to go when they're not crowded.
