I had ordered 10 drinks for a work function. I arrived and picked up the order not knowing that 3 drinks were missing. Unfortunately when I called they said the best they could do was make the drinks for me and to come back to pick them up. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but my workplace is 20-25 minutes away. I had asked if I could order the missing drinks via Skip the Dishes, and if they could refund the missing orders, and they said they didn't know how to Although this was an upsetting manner, the two girls that took my order were polite and accommodating, hence the two stars. However, I would suggest that the staff be trained to process refunds appropriately. This establishment would be better suited for individual orders, but if you're planning on pre-ordering a larger order for a work function or event, I would look elsewhere. Note: thank you to the two girls that took my order in the beginning for trying to accommodate but I ended up driving 25 minutes back to pick up the missing orders.

The staff seems very uninterested in providing the services. I went two days in a row as it is the closest to my house and really wanted to have carrot juice both days they didn’t had any carrots but I think as it was the closing hours as I went after 7:30 and 8 pm was the closing they didn’t wanted to entertain but if they are opening till 8 it means they should be providing services until that time. And both days the girls at the counter made me feel so unwelcome as if I have made some crime going there. I have been to guilford location the staff is very nice and accommodating to your needs with a smile.
I always order first thing on lunch break, they take my my order, always super friendly, and takes me 5-10 min to get there, every time it was ready when I paid for my order! Great Service highly recommended!
Had the matcha monsoon ! Love it! This location is unique because it has alot of retail items.
