Wondering customer service!!!! The hair I ordered is on back order, and I have emailed twice about shipment date and they have always been very prompt and transparent as to when my order will ship. I have used the tape- in hair and as a professional cosmetologist it is some of the best quality hair I have used. I look forward to trying out your hand tied wefts!!!

I have been using this line of hair extensions for 6 years now. The quality of hair is amazing!!!! Unlike other extensions these are full from roots to tips and they don’t get damaged easily or start to tangle they are just perfect. I usually get them glued on with keratin and when I shower they get wavy like my natural hair and last a very long time . Recommend 10/10
I had the best experience today. I went into the location to pick up an online order. I walked in and was welcomed by Jasmine, she was so friendly and easy to talk to. Her service was exceptional. I was looking for a straightener, she not only helped me pick one out that would be best for my hair, she allowed me to test them both out before i made up my mind. She cleaned each tool before and after. Jasmine has made me a forever bombay hair customer and i will 100% tell my family and friends to go and see her as she is .
Great customer service, amazing products. This is my third order, and I have been happy with every order! I have 2 different curling wands that I ordered online, I got very fast and I AM IN LOVE, I use them everyday the curls last for days LITERALLY!! I actually live in the lower mainland and recently visited there storefront in Surrey, and wow! It was so pretty in there, I even got some selfies in with the flower wall. The rep that helped mew was Leena, she was so friendly, and this time I got clip in hair extensions, as I am finally going to give them a try and she really helped me with all the questions I have, for a new time user. So excited to rock long hair now!
Bombay Hair was my first hair extension experience and I couldn’t be happier. The hair feels soft and I haven’t had any problems with shedding. My hair stylist always comments on what good quality these extensions are. Fantastic customer service, too!
I wrote them an email regarding a negative experience I've had with some recently purchased tape-in extensions. I wore them for a month and from day one they matted like crazy, no amount of product and brushing could get them smoothen for more than an hour at a time. I didn't receive a response for a week. Then I wrote a review on their product page as I received an email prompting for so. The day after writing this review, I received a response from the company that glazed over my issues that I had described. I've been a hairdresser for 9 years and have been working with tape-in extensions for 6 years so I'm fully aware at how to take care of them. I was offered a 10% off coupon for my experience (Which doesn't even cover tax, so the chance of me repurchasing is beyond low) - and my review on their product page has not shown up at all. I'm very disappointed as I've had great experience in the past with their hair but have not purchased within the last few years as I moved overseas - It's a shame to see the quality get so bad. Edit: The company has responded to my review on Google, with another glossed over response. They have completely disregarding that I’ve already mentioned the issues (three times now) that I’ve experience with their extensions in this review. Bombay Hair, please re-read my email, and two reviews as I have already explained my experience with your extensions.
The Bombay curling iron with the clamp is the best curling iron I’ve used. It heats up quickly, and is super easy to achieve the perfect curl. I love that it also has an auto shut off in case I forget to turn it off.
