We got Jonathan to come and clean our our windows after we moved into a house that was neglected for quite a few years. We have quite a few large windows in some very tricky spots and he did an amazing job and took extra time to get the stubborn stuck on stuff off! Mixed feelings about Benchmark. Hired Jon to clean gutters for 199, good price and happy with that. He talked to me about de-mossing the roof and some repairs that needed to be done. I said if anything is urgent to repair it, and to remove a bird nest from soffit, but I didn’t want and pricey repairs and left it at that. He sent me a bill for 980, not happy.
Our roof needed a major clean up after over 20 years of neglected care. John of Benchmark Maintenance met up with me to go through the scope of work that needed to be done. He took pictures of before and after the repairs of the loose tiles and leaks he fixed. We chose not to power-wash the roof but rather to have it manually scrubbed, blown and treated. Rain or shine, they spent 3-4 days to complete the job which was labor-intensive. They gave us some freebies and even cleaned our skylines as well. The ground floor was all nice and clean when they left. Thank you John and Jonathan for a top quality work you performed. Our house looks much newer than when you arrived. We are extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend them.
