Probably the worst case scenario was handled incredibly! Bought a suv, transferred everything and as it was getting delivered, hit terrible black ice and was totalled at no fault of the driver! They immediately found me a way nicer suv gave it to me for the same price (thousands cheaper) and had it delivered to me in a matter of days! It did not effect my insurance at all and I’m sure they took a bit of a loss to make sure I was taken care of! This level of professionalism needs to be acknowledged as there are so many shadier dealerships out there, I would and will continue to recommend BC auto financing to everyone!! Special thanks to Bryant and Mike for the excellent customer service!!
