Jean assisted me quickly and was helpful in identifying what I wanted to look at right away. She understood that I wanted daily wear jewelry that would be appropriate for any setting. She showed me how the clasp worked when I wasn't sure how to undo it on my own. She offered me free cleaning for the jewelry that was purchased there. I was able to choose jewelry that I liked, at a price point that was reasonable to me, and matched my tastes. I enjoyed the experience very much. Their Covid-19 precautions are very straightforward. They limit their interactions to two people per sales person and offer hand sanitizer on check in and check out.

Love everything they have, my husband purchase many gifts from here every birthday, their watches is so amazing, we did end up purchasing our wedding rings from here too :) i tried many other jewellery stores before but this one is the best quality and style.
I came to Ann Louis and i was helped by Linet. She was so patient and so kind and it made the experience so much better. The collection was amazing too. Never going anywhere else to shop. :) Thanks guys
I ordered a Citizen Pro Master online. Which I got last week. Did not know what I was getting into. The watch needed to be set . Having been a customer when I got 2 eco drive watches bang in 2 days in a row in September 2017. I decided to order Citizen pro master online due to Covid-19 issues. I hoped that the store would help me set the watch. I spoke with a lady think her name was Joan. She agreed then yesterday I get a call from her colleague with a British accent who is in 64 years old. Very rude and unprofessional. She tells me to leave the watch with them for few days. When I got the watch I did not make them wait for payment for few days. This type of unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable since as a consumer I have better places to invest my . All I wanted was assistance with my new watch.

The first time I came to get my engagement ring re-sized, the Sunday staff were really helpful (especially the shorter Indian(?) lady - she seemed really knowledgeable). Came back a few weeks later because it was too tight. This was fine because I don’t wear rings and don’t know my size exactly so there will be some trial and error. But the second time around, the staff were so rude (except for the same lady I mentioned earlier - she was on top of it and so efficient, so I’m giving an extra star just for her). I heard the other staff members talking about me right around the corner (P.S., corners aren’t soundproof!). Long story short, I will be picking up my ring and never coming back, nor will I be recommending your store to friends/family.
Return policy is 14 days but they don't want to refund with in 2 days, not happy with service
As always this location has poor customer service I stopped in this afternoon to look at the watches and a piece caught my eye despite the lack of anyone else in the store no one greeted me or came over to offer to assist me. Even though a woman walked in while I was browsing seeking jewelry repair she was promptly assisted and directed to another store I was still ignored.
