Alliance Surrey has 5-stars for a reason; it is the best gym I've trained at. The owner puts a great deal of effort into running the gym and it shows. They don't try to exhaust you during the warm-ups so you have enough energy to roll (where you will leave exhausted). All around a great group of guys.

My son has been attending here for over a few months now and absolutely loves it here. All the coach's are fantastic and really good with kids. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Keep up the good work.
