Horrible customer service, it's non existent. Dropped my turbo off to get rebuilt, came back almost a week later after not getting any feedback despite numerous phone calls and messages left, only to find my turbo sitting exactly where i left it in the exact same condition I left it in and told it's \irreparable\ apparently an outside visual inspection is all they needed to decide my turbo couldn't be fixed. Had the same restriction and movement as the brand new hollset i bought from Peterbilt on the toothed lever that moves the cage. Stay away from ADP, waste more time waiting for them to not respond to you, and I've heard the same complaint from 3 other people including 2 shops and a fellow owner-operator. Useless!
Bought a ford ficm here. Great service and good prices. So far ficm is working good only been a few days though
Had a turbo rebuilt due to minor shaft play. Shortly after the rebuild it started leaking externally and internally on the exhaust side. I paid to have it rebuilt again (Not warantee for some reason?!) And it leaked and smoked again after reinstallation. Three more times they had my turbo, eventually after a year I got a refund for both repair bills.
