We had a kitchen pipe that burst and flooded our floor. I called my insurance agent and sent ACT Fast Restoration right away. All of the staff are reliable and professional. Jun came to see our bathroom ceiling’s water mark. He shared his knowledge about making a personal claim vs strata, dealing with bathroom moisture buildup from the walls/ceiling, discussing possible source of water leakage. He was very approachable.
