SCAMMER. I purchased PRImed level 3 masks from Surgo because the description said it was made in Canada, provided photos of legitimate PRImed masks of indigo color, the description said the colors would be indigo. I went online to check if indigo is a color of the supplier, and it was. Everything in the description on Surgo matched those on the official website. I did my research and due diligence. That's when I ordered 5 boxes. The package arrived, and it's MADE IN CHINA. The factorys name is PRImed Liyang. The box is different and the masks are of course different too. I go back to surgos website to check, all the description are changed. All the content of the links are changed, the photos are different, they changed everything. They kept the name PRImed masks, but removed all the content that claimed it was Canadian made, the photos that shows an indigo mask, and the photo of the legit PRImed mask. As if they knew and now trying to erase their tracks. If this was an honest mistake, they should have reached out and let me know and ask if I'd still want the products. Which is why I highly doubt this was unintentional. I want to return the product and get my money back. But there's a no return policy on masks. This is disgusting. I feel scammed. I am now stuck with 200 of China made masks that I probably can't use. I am beyond disappointed. There is a knot in my stomach as I type this. I am baffled that a company would pull a scam like this. If you also have the same experience, please reach out to me and we can see if we can seek consumer protection act.
Got cheated out of nearly a 100! I work as a Respiratory Therapist (manage people's airways and put them on ventilators) in the GTA. I wanted to buy good quality masks for myself and my family to use so I thought buying masks from a surgical store could be trusted - huge mistake! I spoke to Tess after I received my pack of 2 masks from Surgo by mail. I was disappointed to find that the wire that's supposed the seal over the bridge of you nose was very flimsy and did not seal! I called them immediately and was told I could get a refund if I sent it back and that Tess would call me the next day. I did not get a call back! So I called them back. Long story short, I was told that the masks were tested and approved and I would get an email with the certificates showing that they are good masks, and that they supply those masks to hospitals. I have not received any emails . No hospital that I know of would buy those masks! I have bought better masks on amazon for cheaper! Also their website does not let you leave reviews and I can't even warn people not to waste their money!
Exceptional customer service. We had a package delivered to the wrong address. When this was brought to Surgo's attention the CS reps worked tirelessly to find, recover, and deliver the package. Well done and thanks!
I have ordered from this company several times and the orders are usually shipped quickly and received within 2 days. However, this past week I didn’t get my shipment. I had the pleasure of working with two amazing Surgo employees Shannon Richards and Kimberley Bishop to resolve the issue. Both ladies were empathetic, professional and worked really hard to get answers. Their communication skills and understanding is exactly what’s needed in customer service. The company is very fortunate to have such outstanding customer service representatives...They enhance the customer experience. Thank you Shannon and Kimberley.
