I took our 8 year old daughter to Superkids because she had a tooth that needed to be extracted. Taking her to Superkids was the best decision we ever made with her dental care. Dr. Karen and her staff are so kind and compassionate with kids. It is such a pleasure to go there and Dr. Karen makes everything easy, from the way she talks with your child to the way she explains what procedures should be done. They all are so completely professional and confident in their work. We left with answers and solutions to our dental problems, rather than more questions and confusion. My daughter, who was previously anxious about going to the dentist, couldn’t wait to go back. Even for her appointment to extract her tooth! Thanks to Superkids she went from refusing x-rays to an absolute pro! Now that her tooth is out she’s disappointed that she has to wait another 6 months to see Dr. Karen and her staff again! A huge thank you to Dr. Karen and the staff at Superkids! You guys truly are the superheroes here! :)

I took my 3 year daughter to treat her cavity. Dr.Karen was amazing and walked me through the entire process and explored options to see what my preference was. My daughter surprisingly cooperated and they were super accommodating. It’s a very clean facility. The receptionist is awesome as well. I had lost my wallet after my appointment outside in the parking lot and when I called in she willingly went outside to check, and put it aside for me. Overall, no complaints. Keep up the good work!

From the bright coloured building I could tell this was office wasn’t going to be a regular dental office.. it’s beautiful and modern, clean and bright. Tina - the wonderful receptionist is professional and friendly. We connected instantly and she made my children feel comfortable and respected. I also met a few other dental hygienist that I forgot their names but they greeted me with warm smiles and are all very professional. Dr Karen - the Dentist is sweet and caring. She was so patient as my son was still in a deep when we got to the clinic that day. And when we followed up for his next appointment she was extremely gentle and caring he felt very comfortable with her and was relaxed the entire time of getting his filling and check up. The cute toys they offer at the end of the appointment is just a bonus! I highly recommend this dentist, I was referred by a relative and now we both rave about how great the service is! Keep up the great service :)

Excellent experience. The staff is so great. Doctor,- absolutely lovely. My daughter who is rather shy with strangers loved going there and didn't mind the procedures at all. They know how to connect with kids and work very fast. The office is very beautiful, there are games in the waiting room for the kids to entertain themselves while you wait which is always a plus.

My one year old had his first dental visit at Superkids. We were a bit skeptical because of the pandemic, but everything was super clean and the staff was super nice. Dr Karen Stallaert was really patient and kind! My son felt so comfortable in the dental chair; watching his favourite baby shark show in the ceiling, it was like he wasn’t at the dentist at all. He even got to pick out a toy at the end of the visit, he was ecstatic! Highly Recommended!

Wow! I was so impressed with Superkids. My daughter, who is 3, has had great difficulty in the past with any medical appointment, but she sat happily through a teeth cleaning at Superkids. The dental hygienist, Catherine, was wonderful, as was Dr. Karen. They really know how to talk to kids and make them comfortable. And their COVID protocol is great - they take temperatures beforehand and have a huge waiting room that allows social distancing. Also extremely clean. I highly recommend

As a local small business owner, I am extremely sensitive to customer service, and this place deserves 5 stars in that department. Our first visit was first class, and my kids felt completely comfortable and welcome. Dr. Karen couldn't be friendlier, as were all the staff we dealt with. I took my 6 year old son to Superkids Dentistry this morning for the first time. Dr. Karen and her staff were so lovely, gentle and knowledgeable and made my son - and me - feel completely at ease with his cleaning. The office is beautiful, large, and CLEAN. There was no issue with traffic control, which is important in COVID. Our insurance covered the visit 100%. We are so thankful to have this fabulous resource in our neighbourhood and can't recommend it highly enough.
