Nothing good to.say about this place. I have been a customer for almost two years now. I should have known from the beginning that this was a poor company to deal with. When I first moved into my house their tank was already in the backyard and hooked up to the house. I called to create an account and was unable to get through the phone lines. After days of calling and leaving messages I gave up. A month later when the cold has already started to set it the finally call me back. An entire month of waiting for someone to set up my account and make a delivery. Since that time I have had several deliveries. Mostly to fill the tank, but on occasion such as late spring i would request only a half tank as my furnace and stove are the only things that run off of propane. Depending on you talked to that was either aloud or not. I was told it was against policy. Then I was told there was no issues and recieved it. Then I was told again it is against policy. Fast forward to now. I am selling this house and have a full tank of propane when I asked for a half tank. I asked if it could be pumped out and sold back to me on several occasions as I was preparing to move. On three separate occasions I was told that the tank would be drained and my money would be returned. When I call to.make this request all of a summer there is a 200 an hour charge to drain the tank and then another 250 to remove the tank. I informed them about my previous calls and what I was told. I was called a liar, I was hung up on, and on my third call I was told that's to bad that's policy and that no one would have ever told otherwise. After fighting with them to review previous calls to confirm what I said they refused. They simply don't care about their customers and will gouge you at every chance they get. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
