Just buy your vacuums here. The staff is friendly, and helpful. They carefully listened to what I needed, and recommended a particular model, based on my needs. The big box stores cannot compete with their level of service. Buy your vacuums, and accessories at Super Vacs, you won’t be sorry.

The staff is very friendly, professional and efficient. I dropped my vacuum off to have it checked as it was no longer fully functioning and I had it back in less than 24 hours completely fixed! I would definitely recommend Super Vacs to anyone who needs help with their vacuum!
Tyler was amazing. He answered all of our questions (there were lots), was extremely patient (showed my elderly parents how to assemble and use their new vacuum cleaner - WOW!), and took the time to ensure they were making the right decision with what vacuum cleaner they chose. I had a very unusual experience today during my visit to Supervacs. I needed a vacuum hose reconnected to the hardware on one end and was impressed that it could be done while I waited. Minutes later Tyler returned with the job done and he would not accept any cash for this service! What a great way to make a favourable impression...I have already passed this story on to several people.
Great service - Tyler provided a few options for a central vac and explained the offerings very thoroughly. Tim did a pro installation and we are very pleased with our new system, quiet and efficient.
