They have a very fine selection of hobby items, all priced reasonably. They send out web orders in a very timely manner, and respond to email inquiries promptly. Packaging is careful and appropriate. Only issue I have had is that on numerous occasions their website became unavailable, not sure why. I would highly recommend this place.
Ordered from here last week and my order was packed and shipped the same day. I received a couple of days later. Free shipping on 60 is a fantastic deal, especially with the super fast turnaround time. My order was packed extremely well with each bottle of paint wrapped and taped individually to keep everything protected. Everything arrived exactly as ordered. I'm excited to go shopping in person when it is available again.
These guys are great! They have a huge selection, decent pricing and free shipping to most places in Canada with a 60 minimum order. My order was picked, packed and out to Canada Post a few hours after I placed it and delivery to Vancouver Island only took a week. Everything was well packed and in perfect condition on arrival. I've already started putting items in my shopping cart for my next order!
Never wrote a review for an online store before, but here I am! Free shipping on purchases over 60 is pretty nice. I purchase a bunch of paints, panel accents, and masking tape from them. Order was prepared the next day on Thursday (as I ordered after hours), and it arrived at my door after the weekend on Tuesday. Pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping times as I am on the other side of Canada in Vancouver. Packaging of my products were good. They're glass paint bottles so they're prone to breaking if not packaged properly, so no harm has come to the bottles. Definitely will order from them again when I need more ink. Just wished they had more colours in stock when I had ordered! ️
