Worst wireless service provider ever! Before we purchase the monthly plan from the Suntel Mobilicity store located at Pacific Mall, Unit D56, we had the sales representative to check whether our living area was covered by the wireless network of Mobilicity. The sales representative confirmed that our postal code was within the service map. We believed what she said and signed a purchased the monthly plan with the payment for the first month service and the SIM card. We tried calling and texting, the wireless service worked well in the store. However, after we got home we found that there was completely no wireless signal in our area!! We called the Suntel Mobilicity store the next day, the sales representative showed the attitude that she did not care, she insisted that as long as their map indicated that the postal code is covered, the area should have the service, no matter what the real situation is. She asked us to call the head office to ask for refund for the monthly service, however the 25 plus HST for the SIM card cannot be refunded. We have tried to call a couple times, the head office's phone line remained busy for more than half hour every time! After several calls, we finally got to talk to the head office representative and the manager, they admitted that while the postal code was within the service map, it didn’t mean it was 100% covered!! That means, the sales representative of the Suntel Mobilicity did not tell us the truth. Be careful, the Mobilicity offer maybe tempting, however, reliable or not, you have to take your own risk!
