Today I pay a visit to the showroom and made a purchase, they carry it really nice selection of hot tubs and price very reasonable, the good thing about it is that there are directly the manufacturer and I encourage you to start here. Kudos to Jane who assisted me and maded the experience an enjoyable one. Happy with my purchase and looking foward.

Have owned Sunrise 249 Spirit spa since 2013. Mainly problem free till last year where 1 pump/motor had to be replaced. Now the skirt panels are coming apart due to poor design. They are made of individual slats and are not 1 piece as I originally thought. Have been trying for 3 months and 3 different people to get replacement panel. After giving them my address that they requested to give me a price quote , they stopped responding. Poor quality products and poor customer service. Needless to say, I Won't be buying this brand again. UPDATE: Sunrise finally responded with a quote for replacement panel. The panel is approx. 200 and 400 for shipping 130 miles to my home. WHAT! I'll make a panel out of wood and paint it to match.

My 6 seater tub is running great after 4 years.....Very good quality The only issue is when you need to take the side panels off...it can be a pain. But that is very rare that you need to remove anything...
