Great store. They didn't have the CD I was looking for, so they went above and beyond, and ordered it in for me! So impressed with the staff. Customer service lives here! They also had a pretty nice variety of funny greeting cards. 100% will be back to this store in the future.

Great place to find music of all types and to find movies of all types. I found nice shoes with 2pac and headphones. The store is big and well organized. The staff is nice and friendly. They offer you discounts at the cashier. Cool place!

I like that they've added a loyalty program, though I think having to spend over 300 to get 5 off is not terribly rewarding. They have a pretty good soundtrack selection. I'd love more depth in the electronic and instrumental hip hop sections. The used vinyl that I've considered is usually in poor condition. Nobody is buying a 7" for 3 if it's scratched to heck and the sleeve is deteriorating. I think it's cool that they have a local band outreach, but I don't see the music in the store.
