The doctor was three hours late than the appointment. During the time I couldn’t get in touch with this clinic. There was no one answered the phone call of the number on the google map.

Went alone for the first time, Doctor was nice. Receptionist was horrible never going back, told me the wrong information and didn’t want to admit it her mistake. Screamed at me so loudly another customer came to assist me. Hope she can change her attitude and no one else will be horrified like I was. Phone number doesn’t work and apparently it’s ok for a clinic to not answer. Hope they can really improve their work ethic.

I had a doctor appointment at 4 pm and no ones responding. Then I called this number shown on their google profile, the service lady told me she knows nothing about her business and only take care of the bill. Wow, that’s some easy money

Dr. NianXin Jiang, this is to you :)) When you booked a virtual doctor appointment, and the doctor is late for an hour, the clinic will tell you that it’s normal, doctors may call you later or several days after or never we can’t give u an exact time because they are busy. Ok, busy of what? This is ur fxxking job, and I’m on your fxxking schedule. When the doctor is finally reached, he told us we need a face to face appointment in other walk-in clinics which are open. the thing is he already knew the condition and has the pictures and videos of what’s going on, so he knew that he can’t fix the problem, and just let us wait to inform us that he’s unable to do anything. NICE:))

Had an appointment with Dr. XINGCHEN CHEN to treat my acne today through the phone call, I was asking a few questions about the medication which she suggested me and then she’s being very impatient and couldn’t tell me the medicinal effect clearly. I got confused and wanted to ask more questions then she just hang up the phone call immediately which is disrespectful. I don’t know that’s how doctors treat patients here but as a patient I need some guidance or at lease some proper conversations. Feeling DISAPPOINTED.
