Talk about a rare gem for service. Had a complicated built in home speaker setup to figure out and hook up after moving into my new house. Stephen spent a good half an hour at 7:30pm talking me through my options and effectively troubleshooting the setup with me over the phone. Matched a special deal through Sonos I could get and solved what I thought would be a massive problem within a day and far below my estimates for cost as well. Can’t recommend this store more.
