**BEWARE** Very polite before taking your money, EXTREMELY RUDE once they have it. Visited this location to purchase topsoil for replanting my lawn. Was told delivery would be the next day by 7pm. We proceeded to PAY IN FULL. We took time off work to prepare the site, and were ready for delivery the following day. We called Sunland to see if they could give us a better idea for time of delivery. We were informed it could be tomorrow or “whenever”??? The agreement before taking payment was that it would 100% be delivered the following day. Upon stating back to them what the agreement was, the owner became irate, said she’s refunding the purchase, and hung up the phone. All this while we wasted the day waiting on them. I called back for the refund, and she asked for the invoice, as my wife went to get it (no more than 20 seconds), the owner became irate again, and hung up the phone. Called back with the card and invoice, she said “one second” and I (frustrated with their lack of customer service) said “maybe I should hang up now”. She said she “will get her husband to deal with me” and hung up again. Went to the store in person to get my money back, and was again told again she “should get her husband to deal with me” in a threatening manner. I will NEVER do business with such a disrespectful establishment again.
Visited this nursery after my friend recommended and we were very happy we did. We not only found what we were looking for but prices were good. Sharon was very helpful with our selections and offered great advice on the care of our trees. Went back a second time and purchased a few more trees. Both owners were polite, curtious and professional. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

I visited Sunland Landscape because I really needed to enhance my home's curb appeal by planting some new shrubs, flower and trees. I really needed some expert advice and guidance to help turn my vision into a reality - and boy, did I go to the right place. Unfortunately, I was not blessed with a green thumb and I'm a complete novice at planting anything. The staff was very patient, super friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I learned how to max out the use of mulch and drought-tolerant plants so that it makes it easier for me to maintain them. I'm very happy about the quality of products and expert advice I received (specific to my needs) at Sunland Landscape & Garden Center. I'm even more pleased and proud about the results. I highly recommend them!
Great and courteous staff, from the lady watering the plants, to the owners behind the counter to the guy loading the triple mix into my vehicle. Thx. Will come again :)
