I rented a chipper off the team in Peterborough. Derek took care of me from the outset and the service and attention was really quite outstanding. I even had a small technical problem of my own doing and had to call the service team. Jake called me back immediately, even though it was a Saturday, and walked me through it in no time flat. These guys are terrific and I highly recommend them for your personal needs. If they are like this with a small customer like me, I would imagine they are incredible with their business accounts. Tara always works well with us and tries to give me a good shake sometimes I don’t always get a kubota machine not a fan of the takaguchie so that’s why the four stars other than that they would be a five
All I’m going to say is confirm multiple times if you reserve equipment, and if the equipment isn’t ready don’t be in a rush to leave as the manager Ron certainly won’t prioritize you. I have never had a smooth rental since Sunbelt and Ron began to run CRS. I won’t be back. I left Sunbelt after waiting 50 mins with a reservation and went to The Rental Center on Ashburnham and was on the road within 25 mins with no reservation.
