I came to this place 4 times, the first two times were fine, even great. The staff was respectful and helpful. The third time I went there to get food aid, a black tall man who seems to be a manager was very condescending and disrespectful towards me and my aunt who also used to get food from sunyouth. After that he made sure he was the one that helped us and made sure we would get the minimum. We got considerably less food then the previous times we've been there. I didn’t mind because I thought it would only happen once. That day, they didn’t have any meat so they told us to come later that week. When we went back a few days later, a young lady came to help us get our meat but then she was called by the tall black man and when she came back to us she gave us considerably less meat than usual. Also she gave me and my aunt the same amount of meat when our family differ in size. When we told her that she said that her manager (same man) told her not to give us much cause « they didn’t have a lot of meat ». I gave them two stars for the first two times I was treated with respect and dignity. I would never go back there again, i felt stripped from my dignity the last two times. I was horrible and I wish to never experience it and that is why i started looking at other organizations to get help from.

They're not interested in helping anyone but themselves. Stereotypical charity scam imo. But don't take it from me, give them a call!
