The service department is in way over there heads. They do not respect there prices. They make you sign a work order of one price and charge you double when the job is done and it’s time to pay. We will never go back!!

They have nice docks, very nice showroom, gas available, but terrible service. I have friends who have asked them to do some work on their watercraft. Rogers has started the work but never completed it yet decide to send them an invoice. They really aren't too happy, they would have no issues paying the bill if the work was actually completed. They are terrible with communication

We drove 3.5 hours to see a \showroom boat\. Prior to leaving we asked several questions about the condition of the boat. It was implied the boat was in perfect condition, no issues. Water ready. Upon arriving it was obvious the boat had been sitting in the water at some point. Upon questioning this we were told that there had been a previous owner. He ONLY had it a year. The one seat was stained a brown-ish orange colour. The carpet had sat in water and was stained as well. Not sure what world that is considered \showroom\. As far as being water ready, the ad stated there were two batteries. There was only one, meaning no back up in case you are on the water and the main battery dies. The trolling motor would kill the battery and you would be stranded. This boat had a radio. We were told it worked. When inspecting the boat we were told it still works but the display doesnt work on the radio. When we tried to use the radio it did not work at all. We began to look a bit further and realized the radio was installed by the previous owner. Other wiring appear to be messed with as well. Therefore we had no assurance that any of the woring was safe or would work. Disapointed to say the least.
