Up and down , nice flowery sections, good re route on the steep up hill!

Very good and nice one way loop. Be carefoul there is lots of ways but only one is the right one. Check the trees there are small tags. Follow them. I do not recommend this for novice. Enjoy your ride.

Great 10km ish cross country bike trail with nice berms, good flow and decent climbs.
