We were extremely happy with the warranty service work completed by Summerland RV Centre on our Northern Lite 2020 10-2 Truck Camper. The email and telephone communication we received from Summerland RV staff leading up to our appointment was excellent, as we were in the process of travelling from Ontario to the West Coast. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment everything went like clock work. Sharon and Phil were prepared, kind, courteous and very professional from start to finish. We're very grateful to Summerland RV for their customer service and confidently recommend them to others.

Aaron. Truly AMAZING. Those who write that the dealer stands by what they sell are spot-on. Yes, they do. Aaron was not only knowledgeable but he went out of his way to provide truly exceptional service. What a pleasure. So rare. Everything they said they'd do, they did. As for the used motor-home we bought, we had issues. The product was not perfect. But then again, pre-owned never is. We still have issues that developed after delivery but I will not ask them to fix anything else. They did twice as much as they promised, already. And anything that as happened since, is no fault of theirs. A dealer's ability to inspect absolutely everything in a coach this size, is not possible. We are 90% satisfied with the product we bought. And 200% satisfied with their word and service....albeit that is not possible (to go over 100), but you get the point. We recommend him for sure. Thanks to all, for the impeccable service.
