Love coming to Sully's. No matter your skill or fitness level everyone is super welcoming and on board to help you reach your fitness/boxing goals. Truly a community atmosphere. Expect to workout harder and become stronger than you thought possible and make some new friends in the process. So grateful they moved into the neighbourhood, cannot imagine going to another gym.

Only got to attend a few classes pre-covid this year, but it already felt pretty safe and clean before the new requirements kicked in. The class was a good mix of endurance, skills and fitness. The coach and front desk were friendly and helpful, along with the other members making it an entirely delightful experience.
I would highly recommend training with Tulio Pereira. A technical genius, he will start with perfecting the fundamentals of boxing tirelessly, from footwork, balance, agility and won't rest until perfection. I've seen many coaches outside of Sully's who will praise horrible style and technique to instill false confidence in their students. On the other hand, Tulio can call out your technical flaws literally with his eyes closed by simply listening to the sound of your gloves hitting the bag. Skill at this level can only be built from many years of experience and dedication to his students. He's a great coach and will put in a 110% into your development as long as you do the same!
Great trainers and staff. Very clean and safe as well!
I've been to a few classes so far and Sully's boxing gym has that authentic boxing gym feel you see in the movies. All the staff are kind and helpful. On Tuesdays and Thursday mornings there is a class with coach Lee Danes. I highly recommend any beginner to intermediate to take his class. He is a genius boxing scientist and will teach you all the boxing fundamentals in a very clear and precise manner. Sully's Boxing Gym gets an A from me!
