I had such careful and committed service at every step of my purchase .... and then some...from Jaqueline at Studio 22 Interiors. Although my purchase was of two ceramic vases and not a larger piece, she couldn't have been more gracious in sending emails and photos to help me make my choices. Shipping them to Florida was done with grace and, when one arrived broken, she made the refund transaction with charm and efficiency. Such personal service for an email transaction is rare and very much appreciated.
Suite 22 is a fantastic retailer of exquisite modern furnishings. It competes with all of the top modern furniture stores in Toronto and is absolutely worth the drive to its home in Markham if you are looking to outfit your home with fine modern furniture from one of the best design countries in the world. Ever since we discovered them, we have been hooked. The owner, Roberto, and his associate Liane, have been wonderful to work with. We purchased our dining room table and chairs from Suite 22 as well as some beautiful ceramics and we were extremely happy with the service we received. Even after we placed our order, Suite 22 was so accommodating in allowing us to make some tweaks to our choices. Their pieces are investments and they want you to be happy with your selection. They have a very large showroom and are constantly bringing in new products. They can also order any item from the brands they represent. We can't wait to decorate other rooms in our house with their products. Suite 22 is a gem. Spread the word!

From the moment we met Roberto at Suite 22 we were impressed with his approach to personalized, attentive service. He listened to our description of what we were looking for and then effectively directed us to the furniture that matched those requirements. He is not afraid to state his personal preference, and does this with skill and sensitivity. Correspondence was efficient and precise, we did not have to ask a question twice. He kept us informed of the progress of our order, and the delivery crew was just as attentive and conscientious as Roberto. It was a true pleasure to do business with Suite 22, and we highly recommend them for your interior design needs. We will surely be back to meet with Roberto for our next purchase. Loved Suite 22 from the first phone call I made to them. I visited so many furniture stores all around the city and never did I receive such great and consistent customer service. Roberto and Liane are extremely friendly, not only during the sales process but after the sale as well. They are very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I would recommend Suite 22 to anyone shopping for modern, high quality furniture. Their selection is huge and all beautiful pieces that would fit all needs in modern taste. The Markham showroom is amazing with many pieces on display unlike many showrooms I have visited. I hope to add much more to my home from Suite 22. Looking forward to their Toronto location!!
