Warning do not purchase anything from this franchise as there is a no refund policy.Whether or not it hurts your back..totally uncomfortable nor a factory reject as they claim it is not their fault. Should they use the covid excuse that is not my fault they do have storage units I am sure for such purposes. I am now out of our hard earned money not to mention the abrupt no refusal

I'd love to use every bad vocabulary for this company but I have something they don't. A higher level of professionalism and respect. This \business\ if you call it that are using covid to their advantage to not refund items withing 3 days. Unreal Do not go to these ppl they will not help you but they will however prioritize themselves before the customers. Dear manager you better seek my reply we have consumer officers eager to hear from you as am I. You guys dragged this out long enough. **update since your reply** I've already sent all of my information to both your united states location by accident along with consumer act officer and the email was noticed immediately by your states customer service whom redirected our concerns to the Canadian customer whom still have not responded. By redirecting me to the beginning of the problem again is stretching this out longer you guys are more worried about your reviews compared to actually dealing with people who actually have given you guys the chance seeing as there are many other furniture stores whom disagree with how you treated us. Get to the bottom of this I'm even more disgruntled given the run around.

We bought a mattress set from here two years ago. Within a few months the bed frame was broken.. a year in the mattress was indenting where we sleep and a few months later the middle of the box spring snapped. And now here we are almost 2 years exactly and we are searching for a new bed because I absolutely can no sleep on this mattress any longer. We paid over 1300 for this bed, it should have lasted longer than a year. I've never had a mattress do this in my lifetime! Not quality product at all.
