Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from here, I wanted to commend Alex Gunn on a professional, well-presented car shopping experience. He's been in the industry awhile and his product knowledge was an asset as we did a thorough walk-through of the vehicle. Judging from the reviews some of the sales people can come off as pushy - Alex was nothing of the sort.

My wife and I traded in our 2014 cx5 (which we both adored) and got ourselves his and hers vehicles Service was great. These vehicles are mazdas #3 and #4 for us. Never disappointed. See you in 5 years for an upgrade on the mazda 3
We just bought a 2021 CX30, sold to us by Matt Dumontelle. Matt was phenomenal to deal with, answered my texts after hours, gave me honest and to the point answers, and most of all wasnt at all pushy to sell me a car. We love the car so far and definitely recommend this Palladino Mazda.
I had to order parts from this location, even though I am on the west coast. I think her name was Meranda in parts. Incredibly helpful. If I lived in Sudbury I would buy a new car there just because of her. Fantastic over the phone service!
A big thank you to Evan Haferer. I bought a new Mazda 3 last summer but my heart was set on a Mazda CX5. I went in Aug .2019 to speak to him about upgrading my car. Evan came through with a beautiful silver 2019 CX5 with all wheel drive that I wanted living in the country. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the Mazda 3. I just always wanted a CX5. Again the team at Palladino Mazda was amazing and treated me like family. From Jade in finances, to Tyler in service, to Evan in sales. I LOVE Mazda so much I even have my husband's car serviced here as the customer service is the absolute best. Thank you, Evan, you are so professional, knowledgeable. You are never pushy and you really know how to listen to make a deal happen. You make me feel relaxed buying a car. I love how there are so many women working at Mazda. AND I am never asked where my husband is? This is a big one as some car dealers still are very condescending towards woman who purchase cars alone. Thank you Mazda, Sudbury On. Love the products, love the service, love the family feeling!
