Agreement may have been lost in translation. But we did not get what we thought we were getting, in regards to appliance cleaning. They charged our card right away as well based on an over the phone quote. The invoice did not have a breakdown of fees or description of what work was done - just check marks next to the rooms. To their benefit, they lived up to \satisfaction guaranteed.\ After the initial review, they called to make things right. Certainly, had we called and explained at the time of service I am positive they would have done the same. So, kudos for being true to their motto.
