The staff as a whole always make an effort to find the best possible solution to my tea needs. They upsell products that help improve the quality of my life, as well as brighten my day with their excellent customer service. Not only this, but each of the team members are fairly knowledgeable, and can answer just about anything I throw at them.

Staff is always friendly, orders usually arrive quickly to my hand, and the teas are great. Sometimes it is very busy and it is obviously slower then. They have a wide selection of tea to take home or to have made there for you. Their merchandise is tasteful and they have many different items to select from for all your tea needs. This location is generally clean and staff is helpful.
They have a nutty tea that is so yummy. And it’s nice that they regularly have samples out so you can taste them.
Never a single problem with the extremely helpful and enthusiastic staff!
I've been drinking tea for a while, but I know next to nothing about steeping and such. The employee showed me some of the items on sale. I ended up with a perfect mug and a perfect scoop - pretty awesome!!
Had the North African mint latte with Almond milk (Hot), it was next level.
The girls that work there are awesome they they helped me out and when I went back to return something I didn't have a problem they are great there
