I had my 5 level back split home retrofitted with forced air (heat & AC) 3 years ago and I'm extremely impressed with the manner in which they were able to install my duct work in existing ceilings and walls while keeping any drywall work to an absolute minimum. Considering most other companies were talking about ripping down ceilings to do this job, to have to only construct 3 bulkheads, and build a new ceiling in a bathroom where there was a drop ceiling before was very easy to stomach. They went as far as to work with getting a good drywall installer for me as well. On top of all of that, the fact that they were able to get a 5 level home to heat evenly is remarkable! My home is comfortable 12 months of the year thanks to Climate Control. Most recently, I had them return to perform some repairs and maintenance on some of the older gas fireplaces in the home, and once again I'm very impressed with the level of service, knowledge, and their prices for their services as well. I had an emergency hot water tank leak, and as well, an antiquated boiler that needed replacement. My current company gave me the \call-centre\ run-around and could not send a crew to address my leak for 72 hours. A friend recommended Climate Control because of their professional service and excellent products. I called, Steve, the owner, and he was at my house within 20 minutes of my call to address both my water leak and to provide a recommendation on what options I had to replace the tank and boiler. Twenty four hours later I had a new competitively-priced Viessmann Combo unit installed and our service restored. The installers were professional, polite, and hard working. It has been my experience that great personalized service is rare with most businesses today. Climate Control's commitment to exemplary personalized service is something I cherish very much, and as such, I have no reservation giving Climate Control a five star rating.
After contacting multiple other companies we contacted Climate control.. immediately they sent very experienced and nice gentleman named Cal.. He provided instant quote. Overall I like their entire work particularly Warren who did hvac duct work.. Very knowledgeable and did his task to minimize damage to dry wall. Amazing guy. I would definitely recommend Climate control.
