I am a weekly client with a nephrostomy tube to be cleaned. The nursing staff is amazing. However, the scheduling is a nightmare. Almost every other week I'll show up at my regular time only to be told that I wasn't booked. I always ask the receptionist to make sure I'm on the following week's schedule and it still happens.
