purchased a vehicle from Subaru Penticton that is a lemon. Brought it in multiple times for the same issue (issue started at 76,000km and the issue is still ongoing at 102,000kms). Their mechanics have seen it at least 4x now and misdiagnosed every time. They allegedly did a smoke test for vacuum leaks; however, they clearly did it improperly. Brought the vehicle to a fantastic, highly recommended shop in West Kelowna and they instantly found the problem... Intake Manifold Gasket needs to be replaced. This should be covered under the warranty; however, since it was misdiagnosed so many times and this issue has drawn out so long it is no longer covered. Beware taking any/all vehicles here. Poor technical knowledge and very poor customer service.

I just bought a new car from this dealership and couldn't believe how easy it was. Ian the salesperson was very direct, honest, and not at all pushy. He basically let the car sell itself. Everyone from sales to finance was incredibly informative and easy going which was great for me because this was my first time buying a new car. I feel like I got exactly what I needed and didn't have to fight off extra fees or unnecessary upgrades. I will definitely get my next car there. Thanks Subaru!
