I can’t say enough positive things about Studio Pavas. First and foremost, it is an establishment that puts the needs of the children first. The staff and owner, Suzanne, are the most compassionate and well trained individuals I have had the privilege to meet. It is a place of positivity and fun. Secondly, the teachers at Studio Pavas are extremely well trained in their fields and it shows on a daily basis with the students improvements in all of their classes, from dance to visual art to music. Thirdly, the comradery among the students is undeniable. This is an establishment of pure positivity and excellence in atmosphere. I would highly recommend Studio Pavas to anyone seeking an arts studio for their child!

I have been dancing at Studio Pavas for 5 years now and have loved every second of it. The teachers are amazing and are committed to helping you grow. I have made friendships here that will last a life time!!! I have been to several different studios throughout the years, but as soon as I started at Pavas I have never wanted to leave. Thank you studio pavas for allowing me to create such amazing memories and for helping me improve immensely as a dancer!!!

I have been dancing competitively at Pavas since I was 3 and I can say that I have never thought about switching studios. The welcoming environment and amazing teachers have allowed my love of dance to grow immensely over the years as well as my skills. I have also met some of my closest friends at Pavas. I would highly recommend this studio for your kids as they supported my high academic goals while allowing me to also achieve my goals with dancing at a competitive level.

We paid for our daughter’s summer camp in Feb. Unfortunately COVID-19 struck and businesses were either closed or transitioned to online. Between April and May, we tried contacting them to ask for a refund of 1000 but were not successful. Meanwhile, we could see that they were offering online classes based on their Facebook posts. In June, we contacted them again and finally their owner, Suzanne, replied. We were encouraged to continue with the summer camp. Given that our daughter is just 4 year old and we were still in the early stage of our phase 2, we couldn’t see any justification to risk her safety over a summer camp. We respectfully asked for a refund again but this time, we were told that she needed time to receive financial assistance from the government. It has been 2 months since that email and we are still waiting for the 1000 refund. I’m a small business owner and I’ve received the CEBA loan and the loan from BDC within weeks. The wage and rent subsidy have helped to elevate the financial stress too. I’ve been following up on email these 2 weeks and I’m no longer receiving any replies from Suzanne. I would not recommend anyone to this place. This whole scenario pretty much painted out the kind of owner you and your child will be dealing with. 1000 is not a small amount that one can just easily sweep off from the table. [Update Jan 14th 2021] still no refunds. Given credits on a summer program. After all the heated discussion with the owner, why would I even feel comfortable sending my daughter back there, with the risk of being subjected to ostracized by the owner?

My daughter has been a part of the studio for 7 years. She started recreational classes on weekends and her passion grew to develop onto the competitive team. She loves the family feels and relationships, skills she's experienced and grown over the years. The owner is exactly what young girls and young ladies need - supportive but also firm when appropriate. Their instructors are great at pushing the dancers enough to excel and encourage when they're challenged. When faced with the stress of balancing heavy school commitments with a heavy dance schedule; my daughter is given the understanding school is priority and missing a class sometimes (even when a part of team) is OK.There are other studios out there in the area but for a solid all-round dancer; I don't believe there is a better choice for us.
