Excellent service by staff, I had options to have it delivered to pick up in store and I glad I did! They made me realise I had the wrong paint for my airbrush and could have been spending all my time cleaning out the tip!

The people there were so sweet and they were not trying to persuade me to buy anything. They had almost everything I needed. The only thing I couldn’t get is the correct size of scar wax since they ran out just a few minutes ago which wasn’t much of a problem since I’m a beginner. It has products for monsters, gore, glam, etc. It also has stuff for beginners and professionals, they also were telling me about a new program but when I said I probably wasn’t in the age limit they said there was a 9 year old that wanted to join too. Excellent service and products! Totally recommend!

Ordered online and they emailed a DAY later to tell me they only had one of the shade I chose so they couldn't fulfill my order of 2 stick foundations. Okay, understandable. Then it proceeds to be a very tedious back and forth with them asking me how I'd like to proceed, and me asking for information that feels like being told last second. Then, they apparently noticed that they displayed the wrong swatch online and are asking me if I still want the same shade. I ask for a different one and an HOUR later I get a response, with them telling me they had to cancel my order because of their system, and that I can re order it myself if I wanted. Add insult to injury, hours later and my refund still hasn't returned. All in all: Poor website management, poor online communication, and poor customer service (at least online) and slow responses. My recommendation is don't order online unless you like pointless banter with the staff.
