It’s a skatepark by definition. The ground is not smooth enough to really enjoy what’s there. Would be better if it was repaved and some more obstacles added.

Park could use a few more ramps/ boxes. Also lots of stones in the skate area.

The ground is un bareably rough, no speed to use the fun box, no ledges, no straight rails. This park needs a revamp badly.

My review is about the skatepark. I cannot speak for said arena. But the skatepark is almost unusable. Rocks, glass, broken keyboards and shattered CRT screens litter the entire park. They have a few rails around but they are all damaged from bikers. The park doesn't have much going for it. They have a odd concrete bank around the park but its so rough skateboards cant go on it. Let alone the normal ground. The asphalt there is horrid and riding on it is hard. The ramps are pre built cement ones on metal frames which is decent. Just tons of people sit behind there to smoke and drink and anything else. It could be so much more if they put a fresh coat of cement or paint to fill in the cracks and had someone come around to clean up the park instead of skaters spending hours attempting themselves. Its unfortunate to see kids getting kicked out from skating other places because this is their park and its unskateable and they can't do much about it. However from what I heard the arena is very nice and has good staff running it. Maybe some time when the arena is melted they could bring some indoor ramps to the arena and let skaters skate there. Its too cold and snowy in the winter to skate outside and indoor parks are too far from Stroud/Innisfil/Barrie area. If they built a small extension and had a tiny park that skaters made or agreed on it would be 10x better
