Stay away, stay far far away. Strone was sent to us by our insurance company and we have been waiting 10 weeks now and still don't have a quote for the required work. Our house has been left with holes in the ceiling from water damage. They sent a flooring specialist and 2 weeks later they called us and asked who they sent? Then when we complained to our insurance company Karen calls and leaves a rude Voicemail. They can't figure out who they sent to look at the floors and want to schedule someone to come by again. So that means we have to wait another 2 weeks. To top it all off, I just called at 4:40pm and their office is closed for the day, even though their hours are 8-5pm. No wonder they can't get anything done. They can't work a full day and can't keep track of who they send to your house.
