Great to clean up flood but went down hill from there quick, on the restoration. They started in April and finished in November. One problem after another with the contractors they hired. The painters were made to do the room 4 times before Strone finally fired them. The person they hired to do the HVAC was a con artist. One and a half years later Strone has to come back and put my HVAC up to code. Again promising to have it done before Christmas only to find out today that they rip out my ceiling Monday and the repairs will be finished after Christmas. It has been one disappointment after another with this company and would strongly recommend against using them. George Saunderson
