I was skeptical about getting new hiking shoes but wanted to give it a shot. After great customer service my new Salomon Wild cross shoes are such an improvement. I feel like I stick to the ground and have all day comfort. These people are experts and know what they’re talking about. So great to deal with passionate people that know their industry and care so much about every customer!

Amazing experience here. Buying running shoes is a daunting task. Today Jeremey took me through multiple pairs after assessing me as an individual and a few obstacles I’m faced with (flat feet, surgically repaired knee) he found the right shoe for me and they feel amazing. I can’t wait to get on the road. Knowledge, care and passion are hard to find but I found those attributes here! Thank you Strides!!
First of all I want to say that I did not go into the store, I ordered online. When my order was ready I received an email advising when my order would be delivered and that I would also be getting a call from them to make sure I received the message. The call came the same day and I spoke to a very friendly staff member advising me of my delivery date. On my delivery day my order was dropped off by a friendly Strides employee. I was expecting my order to come by Canada Post or other delivery company. I would definitely give Strides my business again.
The staff are so incredibly helpful here and the selection is amazing. Of they happen to not have a certain shoe in your size they have no problem brining it in for you. Extra bonus that they are locally owned!!
