I went in for an oil change, the mechanic did an inspection and other issues were brought to my attention, Terry was great at explaining what needed to be done and order of importance. I always feel informed whenever I visit this location, it quality customer service and quality workmanship. The owner is very polite and ensures that his business adheres to all Ministry of Health safety measures regarding Covid. As a woman its hard to find mechanics you can trust, they are definitely an honest and trustworthy bunch.

Brought my car for a safety inspection for a lease buyout. Terry was more than patient with me throughout the whole process. He was very detailed when answering my queries. My car needed a front brake replacement....rotors, pads and sensors. It was done in no time. George was the mechanic who worked on my car and he even showed me the worn out parts. He also explained in detail what was done. I am happy that i brought my car here. Thanks Terry and George. I will bring my wifes car for perioidc maintenance here.
Won’t be back! Went in for a quick oil change and left with a recommendation for over 2000 ( tax) worth of work (control arms, alignment., front and rear rotors and brake pads). Took the car to my own mechanic and the required work (one control arm and alignment) was done for 440 all in. I would strongly recommend that anyone who receives a quote for work at this Meineke location should definitely get a second opinion!
Coming here for 3 years now. The management is very helpful. Mr. Ivo and Mr Geogee are very nice and straight forward persons. He is fully conversant with his job and do best for his clients. I appreciate them for satisfactory work and customer dealing.
Under new management, Ivo and his band of merry mechanics do their best to give you a great service experience. They will give you the straight goods and no do or die predictions. Special shout out to George.
