I ordered the product on line. They sent me a text when my order was ready. I went to the store, parked in the designated spot and called the number posted and a very courteous gentleman brought the item out to the truck

The crew here are great and very pleasant. customer service in the tech department is bad.. lol Jeff the manager spoke to me like a child (im a 45 year old man).. said he would throw my computer in the garbage and call it a day.. if i didnt want to pay for the data back up.. I never asked for the back up.. just wanted the brand new lap top that i bought there to work properly.. good luck Jeff remember... the customer is always right.. dont buy from staples in strathroy
