Would never rent a car here again. Worst service I have ever seen. We are a family of six and told them multiple times and still when we showed up to get a van, which they said they had, they gave us a car and told us that they would drop off a van at our place the next day. They brought a small SUV (which doesn't work for car seats). Never got a van.
Great location and very friendly and helpful staff!
My hubby and I recently rented an economy car from this location. We prefer not to use credit cards and the staff were professionals and understanding. The entire process was quick and easy. Due to inclement weather and sickness I had to return the car 36 hours later. I was treated with kindness once again. The manager also went of his way to shovel my car out and clean it off. This is impeccable service from a smaller location. We will definitely rent here again.
if i could give 0 start i would AVOID this place i think new management came they charged me 15 saying i was hr late when i was on time and they rang it in late on (purpose) to charge more! also charged me 38 when it was a hair under the 3/4 where it should of been at. LOOK OUT NEW PEOPLE HERE LOOKING TO SCAM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE i will never use this location again i would rather drive 30 min into london
