Great computer service , My 12 year old computer crashed , due to my error , this man did a terrific job of repairing the old beast, lol I know he worked on it very late into the early morning ,because when I got up he texted me at 2:30 AM to say it was ready to go, thank you sir for your old school work ethics ,

They were trying to charge me 180 for formatting my computer. I found a YT video and I did it by myself, it didn't take me more than 15min to figure it out.

Fantastic Service! I was in from out of town. My laptop hung up on doing a Windows update. Brought my laptop in at 9 am. Was ready as promised for end of day. The work done was superb, the person went through my computer and suggested things and did things I did not ask for (in a positive way). I might add most of these only after my approval e.g. shutting down background not needed programs. Examples, they did a complete virus scan, malware clean, without asking and without charging. This is obvious work nobody should worry about having done. No different that having your car washed when you get an oil change. I do computer system support work myself, like the story goes, the shoe makers children go barefoot. Well same for me, things I know I should have done, were too lazy. These were pointed out and fixed. The point is service is well ABOVE AND BEYOND what other places do. Those places it is often a fight to get done what you pay for. Definitely give this person/business you work. If I was not 1,000 kms away, I would send people I know. Definite small town service and attitude that is sadly lost in most cases.
