These guys are all so great! I called late one afternoon and they were out at our house first thing the next morning to help us diagnose the problems we were having with our cistern. Both men were extremely knowledgeable, and were quickly able to diagnose the problem which we were having trouble for weeks trying to figure out. I received a very reasonable quote, broken down so I could see all charges. The owner, both men who showed up, even the administrative assistant I first spoke to were all friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommend this company!!

Called on a sun wanted to get my septic pumped .got the weekend emergency line the women say yes we can book u for mon when I call to on the Mon to see if they been by my resident the reciption say no u was not book but knew I call on Sun want to charge me extra 75 to come out on the Mon had to waite a extra day for there mistake.
They came out right away. They fixed everything. Great folks to call if you need septic or water service.
Had Strathcona Septic come out to do a cleaning and an inspection on an acreage I am purchasing, and highly recommend them. They were very professional and courteous, careful not to cause any damage to landscaping as the tank was in an inconvenient location. Inspection was great, walked me through all the aspects and answered all my questions, as well as provided me with a report in short order. Great value and excellent customer service.
Most companies overpromise and underdeliver and I was a little hesitant when this organization overpromised however we were overwhelmed when they also overdelivered. The explanation of the repair was clear and understandable and was done exactly the way they said they were going to do it. The workers were friendly and worked hard to do the repairs to the water cistern and the septic pipe that was broken six feet under our home. They brought me top soil for the back yard and even dropped off grass seed on their own time on their way home. I have and will continue to recommend this company to my family and friends.
