Best service ever! I ordered online to this shop since the boots I was looking for were cheaper than in all Quebec stores. I even saved the Quebec tax. Shipping was done the next morning and I received the order in less than a week. I was informed by email each step of the way. The boots were perfect and they even added a little surprise in the shoebox and a handwritten note. I have never heard of this store before but I will recommend and purchase again from them

The service at White- Bakker shoes is next to none! I purchased some shoes for my toddler in the spring and have gone back twice more since already! Karina is so friendly and helpful and will go out of her way to make the service smooth. I can’t recommend them enough!
I am thrilled with my new ankle boots, Remonte/Rieker. My boots have a fleece/felt lining around the ankle area and a felt insole which makes them sooo warm and comfortable. I have poor circulation so I cannot tell you how important this was to me. The personalized note was a very special touch. This was definitely a 5 star shopping experience because of the quality of the the product and the wonderful service. Thank you!!!
