We started renovating our house four years ago. It is a large five bedroom, three bathroom, two kitchen two storey. The first room on our agenda was the main bathroom. We called Turner, they sent a fellow out who replaced the pipes, installed our tub and vanity as well as a wall shower. We noticed a smudge of sealant on the tub floor, so when we went down to pay our bill, we asked how best to remove it. We were told that we shouldn't have to do that and they would send a man over to take care of it. That was four years ago! The fellow never showed up. We have since re-plumbed the entire house. New pipes and fixtures throughout, cost us a small fortune. Needless to say, we of course went with another firm. Details guys, details.
Very caring and excellent service! Understanding person on the phone who answered my call for service right to the very efficient service man who came to my home and solved my issue. They were very busy and said they wouldnt be able to make it out till the next day, but 5 hours later they called and said the service man would be there in 20 minutes! Friendly fast service! Highly recommend them!
WEIRD He came over to do a quote on a boiler replacement. He left the house seemingly on good terms. Never seen or heard of him again... We went somewhere else.
Good chance if you are in front of one of these vans at night they’re tailgating you!
