I went in to deposit last wednesday over 700 dollars the manager at the branch suggested I use the atm as it was cash and would show up in my account right away and to reduce the amount of contact with others. The atm took all my money it didn't show up in my account and now they are telling me they have to so an investigation and my money won't be in there until they are done meanwhile I have bills coming out I have spent hours on the phone to no avail. DO NOT USE THE ATMS EVER EVEN IF THE MANAGER IS TELLING YOU TO. They will take your money and td will do nothing to help that was all the money I had to survive this stupid pandemic and they took it and refuse to help in a timely manner in fact they are doing nothing at all

Long wait times, tellers not sure how to handle customers banking issues. Was brushed off when needed to fix the number associated with online banking was told to call instead. Also asked for a 30 day account activity balance and was given the wrong one only to have to go to the back of the line after deciding the wait again was too long we then went to the other branch where they helped previously to fix the online banking no problem. If you have to deal with TD I would suggest using the Ontario street branch as they are much more courteous.
