I really enjoyed and appreciated the service, right up until I was asked to give a review. Normally I go to Stricklands and they have never sent me a survey or questionnaire.
A little word of advice...NEVER ever buy the extended warranty. I recently had to have sensors replaced, only to be told the deductible was 500. The parts and labour came to 302. And, when I went to discuss it with finance, I was told that it was about to expire anyway at 100,000 km. None of that information was disclosed when I signed. I was so mad, I traded my 2016 Equinox in on a brand new Tucson! Maybe next time try not to be so deceitful.
