Rosehurst Stratford

This school is top notch. The small and intimate hands-on instruction makes sure that students graduate with the knowledge they need. During the off-season, Dining at the student run restaurant is the best deal in town and quite a treat. They also have open kitchen adult classes and series so you can learn how to make pastry, bake bread, Or any number of specialty items just like the pros.

Incredible chef school. World class. In winter is like a new restaurant every day because they have dinners at the other building on Ontario where classes are held!
